Subject: | datatype transparancy |
From: Linus McCabe <sparkle@hehe.com>
Hi,
After searching the archives and getting some feedback from my last
mail to the list, I'm quite sure my earlier mails did not reach it
here. Apologises if this is inded a repetition!
I'm trying to get a transparent mask from datatypes object, but i must
be doing something wrong, because I wont succed. If I understood
thing correctly, if bmh_Masking is set in the bitmap header, you can
get a pointer to the mask plane with GetDTArrts(dto, PDTA_MaskPlane)
However, this always returns 0 no matter what image Im trying it on.
(bmh_Masking returns 2 or 0 usually, which seems to be the right
values for those images)
Is there something more I have to do, or is there something Im doing
wrong??
/Linus
